I had an amazing experience at Porsche Ontario. The positive experience started when I first called to inquire about a pre owned model on their website. A cheerful receptionist took my message and within an hour I received an e mail from Primo Garcia. Primo e mailed a quality "walk around" video with narration of the cars features along with his cell contact. After a few delightful phone conversations I was enticed to make the 135 mile trip to check out the car in person. When I arrived, I found the car of interest washed, detailed and on display in a stunning glass delivery bay with a note for me in on the dash board. Primo was knowledgable, honest and extremely helpful. In fact, everyone I met from Primo to Shelly Fisher to other employees in the show room were friendly. In addition, the building itself is physically beautiful and squeaky clean. Although the physicality is not important as the people, it simply adds to the positive environment. I am an auto enthusiast and have interacted with multiple dealers over the years. My experience at Porsche Ontario was top notch. I appreciate how that they run their business in the same quality manner that I run my own practice. Porsche Ontario truly is a class act. More
