Worse experience, this people can’t put their show together, made me waste 5 hours of my day because they said everything was ready I just had to wait for financial to be ready for me , meanwhile they together, made me waste 5 hours of my day because they said everything was ready I just had to wait for financial to be ready for me , meanwhile they asked me to write a good review for them , I did and after waiting over 3 hours they says that they were having issues with the approval after they had said 2 hours before that everything was ready then they came out with the excuse that Nissan couldn’t match my information with the credit bureau , so they had said everything was ready and had nothing ready between the sales manager and finance people were just blaming each other that one was waiting for the other one ,very unprofessional, I understand deals aren’t always for sure but don’t tell people everything is ready if it’s not. I come home and the next day I call to check and they said something was wrong with my information and I should check on that so when I asked them why did they say everything was ready if it wasn't they said that they assumed it was ready , very desperate way to try to get people to stay to hopefully sell a car , I called all 3 credit agencies and they all said that this dealer was able to get my report on the same day they were saying they couldn't. Never buying a Nissan and never buying at this dealer this people can't do their Job . More
