There was no hassle, they gave me a good price on my trade-in and a great price on the truck. Robert was up front and honest and held to his end of the deal. Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had A few weeks ago I started my search for a new Jeep. After extensive research I finally came across the perfect one at Vernon Auto Group. At first I wa A few weeks ago I started my search for a new Jeep. After extensive research I finally came across the perfect one at Vernon Auto Group. At first I was hesitant because the dealership was located 300 miles away from me. I decided I was going to call anyway just to see if the jeep was even still available. Upon calling I was immediately assisted by Nick Ware. He was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. Again I was a little hesitant because of the distance to the dealership and not being able to see it in person, but Nick was able to go outside to the vehicle and take extensive pictures to assure me of the condition of the vehicle. After I decided to go forth with the purchase, Nick was very helpful every step of the way and even offered to meet me on Sunday (His Day Off) so that I can go pick up the vehicle as that would of been the only day I would of been able to coordinate a drive to Vernon. The whole staff I interacted with was real friendly and patient with me as I got my bank to send them drafting for my purchase. In the end Nick was able to set up a delivery of my new Jeep to Austin the very NEXT DAY ! Amazing Service! But Tyler helped us out in this tough situation and got us a van that we really like for a reasonable price. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. It didn't feel like they were trying to cheat you or manipulate you like what often happens at car dealerships. They even called us a few times after we bought the vehicle to make sure everything was going well. I wish all dealerships would run like these guys do. Tyler was especially helpful. He drove 60 miles out of his way to come pick us up. He even made friends with our four year old son. Thank you, Vernon Auto Group, for being awesome! More
