I order a 2025 Ford Ranger. Went to pick up the truck and it was full of scratches and a dent on the hood. The sales manager and the salesman guaranteed me they will take care o Went to pick up the truck and it was full of scratches and a dent on the hood. The sales manager and the salesman guaranteed me they will take care of it all because they took possession of the vehicle in that condition upon delivery to them. I even paid for a ceramic coating to be applied after the body defected was taken care of. Anyways I paid for the truck and left it with them for the body work. Went back the next week to find some of the scratches were still there and the ceramic coating was applied over them. They told me to leave it with them again which I did and when I got home they called saying there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. They gave me two options, take it as is or take a refund. I waited four months for that truck to be built and wasn’t in a position to not get it. At the end I took the truck and at my own expense had the scratches taken care of. More

I have absolutely no complaints! They were extremely helpful and patient with my process of buying my car! He also did not let me decide to make a decision that he felt and knew was not the right approach, with him being a great fit for his job! Also Sheiylm made sure to keep in touch with me almost everyday to see where my head was at for the car. He did not let me slip out of their hands and he made sure that I did not feel discouraged in any way, reminding me that he can help me with any information I need! More
