When I was asked to do the survey, I was thrilled! I have never had such a more pleasant experience when purchasing a new vehicle. She’ron, my sales associate was absolutely amazing. He was accommodating in providing a loaner vehicle until mine was shipped. The incentives that I received at your dealership in my opinion are above quality!! The entire process from beginning to end has been nothing but exceptional. I did not feel that at any point pressured to make a sale, my desire for what I described is over the top or an inconvenience at any time. For this reason I have shared my experience with others who I am confident will be visiting your dealership in the future. Again I cannot reiterate enough how pleased I was with this particular dealership as I have visited several before deciding upon this one. The website was invited, the atmosphere was spot on and the sales team is customer friendly and satisfaction oriented. She’ron was in a meeting this morning when I arrived, he was not certain how long it would be therefore, he shared with a associate my situation. When I was showed my new vehicle I was truly elated. I discussed with She’ron that I wanted tinted windows and he stated, that was something that they could do. Here again I was tickled pink when I seen my metallic gray Honda Accord!!!
