I was in a bad term on a purchase and Sherry helped me get out of it, while also getting me into a vehicle more my style! That was my first dealing with her and D&M. Then, she kept in touch over the last year and half and was always very pleasant and professional. No pressure, just polite and easy to talk to. Recently, she informed me of the used car market being in my favor. Then looked into my negative equity situation and was able to get me into a truck that I would be happy to drive forever for almost the same cost monthly. Close enough that I didn’t question the decision and a day later, it’s mine! Overall easy process, straightforward, pleasant and professional. It’s also really nice to have a brand new vehicle delivered to you after work so you don’t have to worry about leaving. They deal with the traffic- that’s a serious bonus if you ask me! We went Rogue with Sherry Horner at D&M! After my car of 10 years crapped out on me, we were in panic searching for a quick answer! Sherry was a delight to work with! We have never leased before and had no idea what we were doing, but she made the process not just quick, but super easy! She did all the work for us, explained everything to where we were sure we understood and had us in our new wheels the very next day!
