This last deal I had a little credit situation between purchases (trying to help a family member that back fired)..Sherry called me as she does with updates and to check in with me which I think is pretty cool, and I told her my situation. Sherry got with her boss Brad Turner and both really went to bat for me! They helped me into a purchase this time. I really appreciated her help and professional way about her in talking with me and getting problems solved. I think working with the same agent for years and they get to know you by asking questions and just talking about many topics, they get a feel of the person their their trying to help. It matters! I also like the easy on line paperwork and even driving the car to me. No time wasted and makes the entire process friendly, easy and fast !
