Just bought a brand new car and came to have my first service done and what a nightmare. I walk in at 1200pm because that is the time that I made an appointment and my service guy told.me that it would b service done and what a nightmare. I walk in at 1200pm because that is the time that I made an appointment and my service guy told.me that it would be 4 and a half hours I should probably come back tomorrow at 630am. I went to the service manager Brian and he said don't worry we will get you out in 2 and a half hours.. Almost 4 hours later I asked Brian if my car was done. I watch him drive my car from the lot into the service area and I watch my car get serviced and watched it done in 7 minutes. Honesty is not the best policy in this dealership. I do NOT recommend this dealership for swift, honest, fast service. More

I called Toyota of Hollywood and spoke with HAYDEN in which transferred me to his general manager TYLER. Both insisted they would send me a picture and find me a preowned Lexus. They made promises to send me a picture of a 2019 Lexus IS on their lot. I have waited for 3-weeks and have yet to receive anything except a phone every week asking if i found a car yet. If you want a good deal on a car and a sales man who does their job, GO ACROSS THE STREET to AutoNation Honda of Hollywood and ask for Chen & Winston. They will do amazing deal for you as they did for me. I got a 2020 Lexus 300 less than 25,000 miles for $30,000. The lack of customer service from Toyota of Hollywood is disgusting and i see why they have garbage ratings. More

At the price charged, I asked to see a new car. Bobby wouldn't do it. I should have walked. Hindsight is 20/20. I received 2 responses to call to try to make my experience better. I called both numbers several times and also called the General Manager and left several messages. Nobody called back. One would think that they would call me.. Toyota of Hollywood only cares about moving iron. They do not live up to the image Toyota USA wants to promote. I should have known better being involved in the automotive industry. I got taken. No way to run a business. Overpriced and not taking responsiblity for the actions. Ignoring my needs and wants. They should take the Women Certified course that was offered. Not just take advantage and then blow us off. I would now expect to hear from the GM to see how this can be resolved. Bet it won't happen! More
