I also traded in two vehicles as part of this purchase on February 8. Almost a month later, the dealership still has not paid off the loans for my trade-in vehicles with the banks. When I ask for proof of payment, they say it has already been done but they do not provide any documentation. This situation is very concerning and unprofessional.
