Without a doubt, I knew that I wanted to buy the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. After picking out my dream car, the only thing left to do was to find a dealership to purchase the car from. With my precious vehicle being over a decade old, I realized that plenty has changed in the world of auto technology and there are a lot of bells and whistles that take some getting used to. From the moment I met Sidney in the parking lot of Freedom, he inspired me. His helpfulness and friendliness were first rate. I had planned on buying a Jeep Compass and shared with him that I really loved the Grand Cherokee. I had rented one when I first arrived in Harrisburg and fell in love with it but it was too much car for me. Sidney recommended I take a look at the new Cherokee. I did not even know about it. He had me test drive both the Compass and the Cherokee. He did not comment but let me make my own decision. When I decided on the Cherokee, he immediately found one to meet my every request that would be available in 4-5 days. He also helped me with securing paperwork for the Jeep I wish to sell. The next day he called me to tell me that a Jeep meeting my needs had just become available. This became the one we purchased and it is just right for us. Sidney led me through a detailed yet simplified tutorial for the Cherokee. I could not have had a better salesman or teacher. I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300 in 12/2012 with Sidney Ruth. He was great from start to finish. I walked in there not knowing what I wanted and walked out with a new car. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident last month, a lady hit me from behind, at a red light. Needless to say, I was beyond upset. I knew my repairs would be made by New Freedom. I called and spoke with Tim Donohue about the accident. He scheduled my repair work and also informed me he would set up my rent a car. Here I was totally inconvenienced by this accident yet Tim did everything possible to make it the least bit inconvenient for me. I appreciated this so much. I dropped off my car and Enterprise came to pick me up. Tim took care of this! Thank you Tim, Sidney and also the cashier (whose name I'm so sorry I don't have). I appreciate all that you have done and will continue to be a repeat customer! More
