We did an out of state purchase. We called her and told her what we were looking for. She looked up their inventory and found exactly what we wanted. We explained that we were out state and she said they do it all the time. We gave her the information she needed and she processed the paperwork and emailed them to me. She called us and thoroughly explained everything to us and told us where to sign. She checked everything and we forwarded the paperwork to our financial institution. We FedEx the check and we had our truck within a few days; we had a prior commitment, so we asked Sierra if they would hold the truck for us. We added a few accessories that were installed by the time we picked up the truck. She was very accommodating. Sierra made this deal transparent and easy for us. She had the truck detailed and was shiny and beautiful when we got there. We traveled back home - 350 miles and loved our truck even more. Thank you Sierra for making this experience pleasant.
