It’s hard to review this experience because we got a decent deal and I was able to leave with the car I wanted and around monthly payment I wanted however, it was only after waiting around for over 6 ho decent deal and I was able to leave with the car I wanted and around monthly payment I wanted however, it was only after waiting around for over 6 hours. However the experience was far from perfect. Our salesman was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to my husband on multiple occasions. The manager lied about the number multiple times where we had to call them out on it twice while we were in finance. Only when we were are about to walk out did they decide to honor the original price. And on top of that, I have been promised my second key fob for my brand new 2026 suv for 10 days now. I was told by the sales man that it would take a week. That he “promised” he would call with in a week. It’s now been 10 days and I still don’t have it. I had to go back and request a manager to give me a form stating that they still owe me one so I don’t get screwed over. There are a lot of shady things going on in this place. More
