Dan was great!! Very personable, very easy to work with and friendly. Wasn't entirely knowledgeable about the car, but it's a Jeep (and an unusual one at that) and you're a Ford dealer, so I don't hold it and friendly. 2019 Navigator I am disappointed with the sale of my New Used Navigator. I was not shown how the car works. I was not informed that it was in an accident and it was I am disappointed with the sale of my New Used Navigator. I was not shown how the car works. I was not informed that it was in an accident and it wasnt fixed before I bought it. It has a gouged tire and rim /trim falling off back left door/cracked trailer hitched cover/ cracked rear bumper /left rear quarter panel over tire damaged and the truck also bucks when accelerating. And the left rear interior door handle doesn't work. I know I said I had a navigator and its now totaled. But it was a 2015 not a 2019. There are so many new things in this truck but I'll read the manual. I wish Steve didnt rush thru this sale. And I'm still waiting on my bill of sale and the paperwork for the extended warranty. Hopefully I'll get it today. More

I found the used truck I wanted at this dealership, got prompt responses to my enquiries, also got prompt pre-approval through the finance department. Pierce was awesome to work with. My only issues howe prompt responses to my enquiries, also got prompt pre-approval through the finance department. Pierce was awesome to work with. My only issues however were that the truck wasn't delivered on schedule, and I had to go back with the truck to get something fixed, and I still haven't received my registration, almost two months after purchase. Other than that, great dealership to work with; will do business again. More

Completely Let Down Stephen was a good sales agent and was helpful and nice throughout the process and I felt he really tried to help me through this difficult process bu Stephen was a good sales agent and was helpful and nice throughout the process and I felt he really tried to help me through this difficult process but maybe his hands were tied.. When the day arrived to obtain my truck,(Sept 2019) the dealership sent a driver to deliver and take my trade in in my neck of the woods because I live 45 mins away in RI. We met to do the VIN check and the dealership sent the driver without the title. I proceeded to wait almost 3 hours because the management at the dealership couldn't figure out how to send a clear fax of it. Even the driver who only does this part time was getting pretty pissed off. Oh well things happen right, we finally get it situated. Fast forward to me having to get it inspected in RI. It failed inspection due to front tinted windows, and a small crack in the tail light that was there when I bought it. I had to spend $200 to get these issues fixed and get it registered. I felt this should be an expense of the dealership and called to explain my situation. Stephen spoke to management and said send us the receipt and we'll cut you a check. Which I did. No check a month later. I call Stephen, he apologizes and says he was told it would be all set and that they've been very busy. I waited almost another 2 months and call again with my frustration. Management tells me sorry they have been busy due to the holidays etc, still no check. At one point I talk with Sylvio and explain. Someone will get back to me. Never happened. It is now July 2020 and never got a check, a call back, or anything. As someone who has been in the service industry for the last 17 years I must say this experience has been awful. Colonial Ford you just lost what could have been a loyal, life long customer due to the experience you gave me and a lousy $200 that you ghosted me for... More
