It was an amazing experience all the way around. I was taken care by Silvio Santos and Steven Claudio. Fantastic people! Every concern of mine was addressed immediately. He is an extremely dedicated member of the Audi team as he even answered my questions/concerns via text on his days off on several occasions. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my certified Q3 and I will definitely be coming back to Audi Brookline for any future vehicles thanks to the great service provided by SIlvio and Alex.
