From start to finish, Fremont Toyota was fantastic. Ritchell was attentive in corresponding with me, she gave me facts, none of the usual BS or bait and switch that a lot of dealerships do. I knew what Ritchell was attentive in corresponding with me, she gave me facts, none of the usual BS or bait and switch that a lot of dealerships do. I knew what I wanted, and flew from Orange County to Fremont specifically for this car. Ritchell works with Simon, both of them were fantastic. They knew I had flown there and made the process as smooth as possible. Hugo in financing was great as well, he made an effort to get all my ducks in a row before I drove 7 hours home. Overall, I cannot recommend Fremont Toyota enough. They were a joy to work with and took the headache and exhaustion out of the usual car buying process. More
