They worked together well so no matter what day I was there one of them was there to work with me. They also gave me a feeling that if something was wrong with the car they would see it got fixed before I left the dealership. I bought a 2012 Camry so I know that I really got excellent service. At other dealers they try to force you to buy something before you live their lot. They were just easy going about the whole experience. Then work well together and I really enjoyed talking with them. They even delivered my care to my house so I could drive my current car home. they never gave me the impression that I needed to make a decision on a car. I saw a lot of cars before they found the right one. I am very happy that I finally got the care I was looking for and if I buy another car I will head to your dealership but I would like to have Simon or Adrian work with me. More

Fantastic Service My wive and I drove from Durango Co to purchase a new 4runner. From the first email to the last signing the customer service was excellent and profes My wive and I drove from Durango Co to purchase a new 4runner. From the first email to the last signing the customer service was excellent and professional. Simon was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We had been dealing with Durango Motor Company in Durango and quickly were fed up with the lack of care, concern, follow through and time frame to get things done. We were already much more impressed with our first experience with LH. We emailed them on a Thursday night and immediately received a call from Simon. Right away he got the ball rolling with what we were looking at (price, payment, model, color). Their selection was great. We got approved right away and found the most competitive rates out of all the others we were shopping. At this point, we had been promised an email 3 times from the dealership in Durango and still had not received it. Saturday afternoon we talked more with Simon and Rodney and decided to give our business to LH. We drove down Sunday morning, turned in a leased Rav4 (from Durango) and drove home in our new 4runner. LH Miller was a pleasure to work with, they were very competitive and really wanted us to leave happy and satisfied. A job well done and LH Miller comes highly recommended from our family. We still never received that email from the Durango dealership. We feel LH Miller went well above and beyond to provide us a great experience. It was well worth our time (7hrs round trip) and travel (300 miles round trip) to do business with a dealership who WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. This is our first ever brand new car and we love it. Thank you so much Simon and Rodney and everyone else we encountered that day. More
