My wife and I wanted our daughter to drive a safe and fuel efficient car and we found what we wanted at LHM. I originally worked with Manny but when we came back for a second visit Simon helped us. Two great guys. Simon really was knowledgable about the Prius. He and his team worked with us to get us a fair deal. Our daughter loves the car (it's red); my wife loves the economy (51 mph in the city), and I like that it is a safe car (it's an IIHS safety pick for 2015). As with most people I hate buying cars but this was an easy and relatively painless experience. Thanks, Simon More

He answered all of our questions, and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. We looked at trading in our old car and finance options. Although we had secured financing through our own bank, the dealership was able to get us a much better APR, that resulted in a much lower monthly payment. Simon Nguyen was great, we highly recommend him to anyone looking or a new or used car. We're very happy with our "new" used Highlander, and the entire Team at LHM Toyota!! After I calmed down from my visit with the Larry H Miller on Alameda I went to the one on I-40 and Eubank. I was pleasantly surprise that the salman by the name of Simon was so helpful. He tried to help me to the best of his ability. When he got his manager involved by the name of Abraham,I was treated with nothing but the upmost respect. He went above and beyond to try and help me find a car within my budget. I went in looking for a new Toyota Tacoma but since it was out of my budget, Simon and Abraham found me several cars that were used and were within my budget. After my experience I had with the Eubank location, I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I will tell them that if you want to be treated with the upmost respect, the Eubank is the location to go to. Ask for Simon and Abraham and you will get the best help. More
