Exceptional care from Tim Smith We came in on Sunday, Dec 8, hoping to test drive an SUV. When we approached the receptionist, we were told that they were having a company holiday p We came in on Sunday, Dec 8, hoping to test drive an SUV. When we approached the receptionist, we were told that they were having a company holiday party and will be closing early at 4pm instead of 6pm. We were disheartened since we drove over an hour and realized we only had fifteen minutes before 4pm. We voiced our concern to Tim Smith and he immediately reassured us that he will take care of us after he finishes with his current customer. To his words, not only did he help us, but was also very professional, friendly and courteous. Not once did we ever feel rushed. He was very instrumental throughout the entire process.
