I called/messaged Simoon and he was respectful and straightforward from the get go. There was no dreadful back and forth negotiations and he gave me his best price which was better than the 3-4 other dealerships I've spoken with. I went to the dealership, closed the deal quickly, and drove off without any hiccups. I even traded in my old car and he made that process super easy as well. I'd highly recommend this Genesis location and look for Simoon for a smooth deal and great customer service! More

I just purchased a pre-owned Tesla Y from Simon and Edwin at Genesis of Ontario. I have to say the dealership is absolutely stunning and I was treated like a VIP. Not only did Edwin and Simon make the tran at Genesis of Ontario. I have to say the dealership is absolutely stunning and I was treated like a VIP. Not only did Edwin and Simon make the transaction easy and pleasant, even the GSM came in to just chat with me. It was more than a fair deal and I was in and out in under 90 mins. The finance manger was a pro and had me on my way in no time The experience was even more impressive because I too am a sales manager at another dealership and tend to be a harsh critic. These guys are absolute pros. They even let me know the windshield washer tank was defective at time of purchase and made an appointment to have it replaced. I dropped it off this morning and they delivered my Tesla back to me at my place of work, fully detailed. I can't say enough about how professional and pleasant these folks were from the sales to their service department. I hope we do as well with our customers at my dealership. Two thumbs up! More
