On second test drive, Sinh brought the car that I wanted from another dealer and had it ready for me to take home (I didn't even have to ask or put a deposit down like other dealers!). Very impressed with his patience and overall helpfulness. Was deciding between other luxury brands and decided on Lexus because of the guaranteed excellent customer service. Paul Rockett in the finance department was also very helpful. As my first car purchase, he made the experience fun and light-hearted while professional. He was very knowledgable and helped me devise the best payment plan. Very happy with my decision to buy a Lexus from Sinh and Paul. More

Sinh Pham was my Salesman on my second Purchase/Lease. Sinh Pham was very willing to work with me on all aspects of my Lease. Sinh answered all my questions & has always taken care of any issues or questions that I've had since the Lease began in 2014. Sinh is very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable of the Lexus Brand. I would refer anyone to Sinh that needs to purchase or lease a car, you won't be disappointed. Sinh always goes the extra mile to make sure his customer is always Happy! I look at Sinh as more of a friend now than I do as just my Car Salesman. I will purchase my car in the July of 2017 & Sinh will be getting my business then again as well. More
