The Service Tect. handled the service very professionally. Had two suggestions which i appreciated and had done. The wait was very long (about 3 hrs.) however, we needed to have the inspecti professionally. Had two suggestions which i appreciated and had done. See Jason Norman Jason is my guy. He takes care of all my service needs on my Expedition and my Edge. I know it would cost a little less at other shops but Jason's l Jason is my guy. He takes care of all my service needs on my Expedition and my Edge. I know it would cost a little less at other shops but Jason's level of service and the fact I am getting top notch work with Genuine Ford Parts is why I keep going to Jason at Mac Haik. I just drop it off and have my wife pick me up or take the shuttle. Jason calls me a couple of hours lates and tells me whats wrong with it. I approve or disapprove of the repair. Easy Peasy/ More
