As soon as you get here, you can tell that they know what they're doing and are very organized. My salesman, Russell, was honest and friendly. The manager came in with the hard sell but was still polite. The hard sell of the extended warranty by the financing department tainted the experience and I found the person rude. My overall rating of the dealership is low because I can only imagine they know about his sales tactics. More
