Had an issue with the fuel injector connection on my F-150 that the Ford app notified me about right away. Love that app. It took two days to diagnose the problem, and three days for the part to come in F-150 that the Ford app notified me about right away. Love that app. It took two days to diagnose the problem, and three days for the part to come in. The issue I have is that I had to ask for information after the first day. No one let me know anything unless I asked until the quote for the work that needed to be completed. An update after the first day would have been helpful. Not sure of the name of the cashier in the service department but she was an absolute joy to speak with the day I picked up the truck. More
