Great experience buying a 2022 Mazda Miata. She handheld the process through and through till my final delivery and drive off! Thanks Solvi! Appreciate the finance department Ron and Paul who walked through all the options and were able to offer a nice low apr for the 2022 models. No one was pushy and it was a smooth process overall. More

Tried to charge me a $97. 00 brake inspection fee on top of the bake job. They had told me up front that they would credit me the inspection fee toward any work they ended up d 00 brake inspection fee on top of the bake job. They had told me up front that they would credit me the inspection fee toward any work they ended up doing. I had them do the brake job and they refused to credit the $97.00 fee toward it. I also noticed a sign in thier lobby advertising "Free brake inspection". I asked about this and they made up a story that it was for visual inspections. ?? I ended up having to talk to rhe service manager to get the inspection fee credited toward the brake job. More

(a) my dealer rater answer is wrong on this survey and I can't change it to 5. The dealer/sales people were very responsive and informative. Julio showed me quite a few aspects of using the car, which can't change it to 5. The dealer/sales people were very responsive and informative. Julio showed me quite a few aspects of using the car, which I appreciated. He followed up with a phone call after I got the Mazda 3 home and said I could come see him if I needed more help. At home,when I read the financial paperwork, I didn't/don't understand some of it, but can probably call and find out. I think my Costco affiliation was helpful also. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Maita Dealership to other people. More
