If I could give zero I would. I made an appointment for 10:45am on 7/20 for my cars electronic parking break fault. Told $170 to diagnose it. Ok. Get a text with where I could text with questions. Was asked if I was staying or dropping off. Had I known dropping off meant they push your car off until they could get to it I would have stayed. 2:30 pm rolls around and I heard nothing so I text and ask for an update. 3:30pm I get a we are still diagnosing the issue can we keep it overnight.. well no cause I need my car for work. So I need a loaner. I look and my car has not moved since they parked it in the back lot. 4:00pm hits and my car finally goes into the building. 5 hours and 15 minutes AFTER I dropped it off. So had I chose to stay and wait would I have waited that whole time? Or would it have been diagnosed right away? Then I'm finally called at 4:56pm and told it'll cost $660.69 for the parts and labor But they did not have the part on hand and would be there until the next day. Oh and no loaner car available... So now I'm having to take yet another day off. At what point do you actually help your customers? I was going to upgrade my car to a newer model but this whole experience has me saying no thanks. And I'll be going with a different manufacturer all together. Worst experience I have ever had. More
