I was in and out before I knew it. I was greeted by the most friendly customer service agent. He followed up after the car was serviced by walking me through every thing they did. Brought my new truck in for recalls the service writer was fantastic, but for some reason the radio issue is worse than when I brought it in. There were three electronic recalls. Campbell Ford quickly spotted more issues Jordan’s ignored and fixed things properly. But the car kept overheating. Campbell ran a block test—blown head gasket. Jordan’s refused to believe it, claimed nothing was wrong, and spent months avoiding responsibility while I drove a ticking time bomb. In the end, Jordan’s said, “It runs. You just never know when it’ll overheat.” That’s The Jordan Way. More

I’ve spent $4000+ to fix what they first thought was a clutch issue(which didn’t work), then a transmission issue, which they speculated would fix the problem. This would’ve cost me another 4k. Can’t aff clutch issue(which didn’t work), then a transmission issue, which they speculated would fix the problem. This would’ve cost me another 4k. Can’t afford the gamble. I’ll just have to drive this 2016 Focus with its rough shifting, with 4k wasted. More
