Awsome I must say that this is best experience for me when it comes to buying a car, the sales lady Sonya West was very persistent in getting me what I want I must say that this is best experience for me when it comes to buying a car, the sales lady Sonya West was very persistent in getting me what I wanted, she was patient, helpful, and accommodating. We went through several ways in order to satisfy my needs, and when I was going to give up she introduced me to her business manager Leslie Williams who I must say is extremely courteous and knowledgeable, they went above my expectations and got me the car I wanted. To complete this experience they then navigated me to a young lady Katie Lennep aka...THE GENIUS and she was awesome. This young lady knows her stuff... overall these 3 lady's are Magnificent..I recommend asking for them if you are shopping for a BMW.. you wont be disappointed. Sonya, Leslie, Katie you are truly awesome and I thank you for your help and patience. Thank you much. More

She showed me different cars and options and was never pushy. I would recommend Galleria BMW to everyone. Sonja is exceptional, Leslie in the finance department is honest and upfront, and I even met the owner and was invited to an upcoming event. South Mississippi has needed this type of costumer service for a long time... Galleria BMW is my go to car dealership for life!!! More
