Plan to spend a few hours browsing and test driving the vehicles at Galleria BMW. They want to be sure you have found "the one" and Sonya West excels at doing this. Not only can she match you with your perfect vehicle but she can also work out the perfect deal to make your dream car a reality. My fiance and I both purchased new vehicles in August 2018. She got a 2019 BMW X3, and I got a 2018 540i. Sonya West and the team at Galleria BMW worked up the perfect 2 car deal for us and we could not be happier with the vehicles. After car shopping for a long stressful week, Sonya was the sweetest and most honest person that I had ever dealt with. She answered all my questions and sent pictures to my phone of the car that I was interested in, while on my way. My experience was amazing and my daughter was with me at the time. She will be looking to purchase another vehicle in approximately one year and will definitely get in touch with Sonya. I will be recommending this dealership to all my family and friends. Awsome I must say that this is best experience for me when it comes to buying a car, the sales lady Sonya West was very persistent in getting me what I want I must say that this is best experience for me when it comes to buying a car, the sales lady Sonya West was very persistent in getting me what I wanted, she was patient, helpful, and accommodating. We went through several ways in order to satisfy my needs, and when I was going to give up she introduced me to her business manager Leslie Williams who I must say is extremely courteous and knowledgeable, they went above my expectations and got me the car I wanted. To complete this experience they then navigated me to a young lady Katie Lennep aka...THE GENIUS and she was awesome. This young lady knows her stuff... overall these 3 lady's are Magnificent..I recommend asking for them if you are shopping for a BMW.. you wont be disappointed. Sonya, Leslie, Katie you are truly awesome and I thank you for your help and patience. Thank you much. More
