Benzel Busch is trying Their best to make their customers happy. They sent me an agent to fix my car in a very short time. Atef is a very professional, works hard , and knows what to do. My issue is more with the insurance given to you when you purchase a tire from the dealer. I bought a tire (or 2) from the dealer knowing that these tires came with an insurance policy that replaced them for purchase a tire from the dealer. I bought a tire (or 2) from the dealer knowing that these tires came with an insurance policy that replaced them for you if you had a flat. My understanding was that after the first year you were responsible for labor only. I had a flat yesterday after one year and one month after purchase. The insurance only covered 28%(!!!) of the cost of my new tire. The service man and then the manager told me there was nothing they could do. This is NOT "first class service" and I can only fault Mercedes or the dealer for having such lousy insurance. The tires are expensive but I felt comfortable paying a premium with the thought that at least I had insurance if I had a flat. I cannot find fault with my service guy Marko because I think he at least tried to help and the tire was replaced in a reasonable time and efficient manner. I do think there was some kind of credit that could have been offered. I should mention that I've been driving a Mercedes for 21 years. This was not a good experience. I'm still irritated thinking about it. More
