Excellent experience with our Sales Rep. ..until we test drove our Honda CRV. We heard an annoying loud rattling noise coming from behind the glove box. Sales Rep told us he'd have service investigate and correct the issue. Service refused to correct the issue. Also, Back seat does not collapse. All they offered was a $25 Visa Card. Why would a reputable car dealership sell a car with these issues knowing that they run it through an inspection and test drive? More
