Worse service ever. The two people at the loaner desk completely ignored the service advisor with myself (the customer) present from the moment we waked in to inquire ab The two people at the loaner desk completely ignored the service advisor with myself (the customer) present from the moment we waked in to inquire about a loaner or the shuttle. He started to look into a monitor himself and mumbled to them them if they heard him. He repeated 3 times to them as to what he was needing and they still didn't know what he needed. I asked for my car key and walked away. More

My sunroof was leaking I drop my car off on 5/8/21 picked up 5/12/21. Three weeks later I had the same problem with my car. I drop my car off 6/10/21 spear Pittman text on 6/18/21 @ 6:30 p.m stating that my up 5/12/21. Three weeks later I had the same problem with my car. I drop my car off 6/10/21 spear Pittman text on 6/18/21 @ 6:30 p.m stating that my car was ready. I called every day checking on my vehicle he couldn’t give me a pickup date. I asked if I could return the loaner car on my day off 6/23/21 because I work from 5:30 am to 7:00 p.m sometimes I have to work overtime. I received threats from spear Pittman my service advisor and Lori Jenkins. They called and texted twice a day sometimes at 12:00 a.m. I was told I would have to pay late fee and 75 dollar rental fee. I had to leave my job 3 hours early to return a loaner car. They were very unprofessional. More

I recently upgraded from my SRX to the fabulous XT5. I was very reluctant to do so but the warranty was up on my SRX so I had to decide if I was going to stick with the SRX for the long haul or get a new was very reluctant to do so but the warranty was up on my SRX so I had to decide if I was going to stick with the SRX for the long haul or get a new vehicle that would be under warranty. My salesman, Tommy Simon, was the best at helping me make the best decision for me and my lifestyle. Never once did he pressure me. He just presented me with all the facts so I could make an informed decision. He was very patient and answered all my questions and being the thorough detailed woman that I am, I had a lot of questions. At one point he even provided one of the managers for me talk to help me make the best decision. This is the fourth car my husband and I have bought from Tommy and we keep coming back to Tom Peacock because of Tommy He is honest, trust worthy, patient and an overall nice guy. We trust him with major financial decisions such as purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend him to anyone. Tommy will be up front with you and tell it like it is.
