I have been to McDonald VW for service on my previous car (Doug in service is amazing) and just got a new car here from Spencer. Spencer really helped me get what I wanted even in a tricky situation with my (Doug in service is amazing) and just got a new car here from Spencer. Spencer really helped me get what I wanted even in a tricky situation with my old trade. Sam in finance worked hard to get it worked out for me too! These people care about YOU and do not give you any xx. This location is not my closest one but I go here on purpose. If you need a car see Spencer! More

Spencer Allen and Cory Lyons at McDonald Volkswagen were absolutely incredible to work with. We took my car in for its one-year checkup and ending up purchasing another new car. We ended up purchasing a VW ID.4. Spencer (our sales person) spent the majority of the day with us going over all of the features of the car as well as the pluses and minuses to owning an electric car. Spencer is was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We appreciate not being pushed into the car or being rushed. The whole experience was exceptional. More

The whole sales team at Mcdonald VW is honest and helpful. Spencer had answers to all my questions and mad the purchase easy and seamless. We had some issues with our current lease. Although it was hard to resolve with the state, DMV, etc McDonald AG went above and beyond to make our new lease a breeze.
