I was politely greeted immediately by Spence and so many other employees whenever he'd walk away momentarily. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I've personally seen the process take half a day to complete, yet I loved how detailed and quick Spence was. He was so good in his role that he helped me select a vehicle and finish paperwork in UNDER 2 HOURS. Crazy work! Lastly, I have to give credit to all dealers that were present that day. The sales guy was good but we went to get a rim fixed on a front tire and they left two lug nuts off and now the vehicle has a strange rattle to it. Brought it back in for the lug nuts and now we have to le a front tire and they left two lug nuts off and now the vehicle has a strange rattle to it. Brought it back in for the lug nuts and now we have to leave the vehicle and they don’t have one for us to drive in the meantime. Just not very happy right now with the service.
