One Bad incident turn right by Mr. Hutcherson and his staff I am writing this review in the matter of a situation gone wrong. This afternoon, we went to the dealership to go and see about a problem with our ve I am writing this review in the matter of a situation gone wrong. This afternoon, we went to the dealership to go and see about a problem with our very recently purchased 2108 Dodge Durango GT. Samuel Capers came out to address us. Then Maria Almaraz, whom is an awesome person. She quickly recognized that there was a problem with the Durango. By the way , she did a great, professional job. A job to be recognized and commended for. Then came out Calvin Jones. He started off on the wrong foot. Making it seem that we as the costumer were the one to cause the problem. Very Very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. That flared a situation that should have never taken place. He even went to the point to tell my son that after 5 he was no longer a manager. The he and Spencer Ramos were very rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. It was an embarrassment to have been addressed that why by people who took are money and did not want to help. I have call Mr. Hernandez several times and he has not returned my call. I will address the higher ups on this matter. Then came in Mr. James Hutcherson and his staff. Oh my, the professionalism was awesome. They took the time to listen and showed what Mr. Jones and Mr. Ramos could not do at all. They address our needs and took care of not only the vehicle, but, us as well. A company should commend what Mr. Hutcherson and his staff did , they made a horrible experience end up in a great way. I will probably never ever buy another vehicle from this dealership because of the situation that Samuel Capers, Spencer Ramos and especially Mr. Calvin Jones. One last time your service team was awesome. More
