Filing fee, and $189 PTA Fee). I brought it to the attention of the sales manager Jon Cruz, that these fees are included in the advertised price as stated in the Purchase Price Disclosure on their website. After 20 minutes of corrections of these fees to the contract, I agreed to the contract and ask them to contact my sister-in-law in Michigan for whom the vehicle was for, and to do the purchase via DocuSign. Certainly a dealership that sells 100s of vehicles knowingly, willingly, and intentionally knew of the fee inclusion and was hoping that I didn't catch it When I arrived home, I checked the sales tax amount and found that they overcharged $84. But it didn't stop there. They charged $500 for license plate fee. When the State of Michigan charges $15 for a tag transfer! I brought these errors to the salesman's attention and he said that the GSM would contact me shortly. 3 hours later, no call.
