I'm into keep it simple as I am conceptual in thought. The dealership was well presented. everything was clean nearly overwhelming. Together the three of us achieved our mutual goals. We made a new trustworthy friend. Spyros is a GREAT representative for ROUSH HONDA. One thing that bothers my wife and I with no reflection on anyone except my wife and I is that the clause that says that at the end of the lease that we will be assessed $350.00 if we do not continue to business with Roush Honda. He was very helpful and kind. He introduced me to Spyros who was my salesman for the day. Spyros was fun to deal with from start to finish. No pressure sales and seemed to only stay focused on what I said I needed. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I'm looking forward to my next interaction with Roush because I am sure I will feel good about all experiences there. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. They were very busy on the Saturday when I went in but Spyros never seemed to have any other focus but my wife and I through the whole process and Sam and Linda were fast, efficient and charming. I came in one day, told his what trim I was looking for and he said if they did not have it in stock, they would ge Spyros was an excellent salesman. I went and test drove another brand and decided the Honda brand was right for my family. I ended up going back to Spyros a few days later and made my purchase, even went for a higher trim! We found ourselves unexpectedly in the car market because of a car accident and didn't have a lot of time to shop around. We came to the dealership with a rough idea of what we wanted (some sort of Honda CRX) and Spyros went over the model options, pricing and finance alternatives. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and presented the information we needed in a way that was clear and easy to understand. This will be our sixth Honda. We typically keep them for at least 10 years, but if Spyros is still working for Roush when we're back in the market, we would not hesitate to work with him again. More
