Despite it being very busy, felt like we were not rushed. We were happy with the price but negotiation was still required which is unfortunate. Still looking forward to the day of true upfront no haggle pricing. But despite that awkward process found nearly everywhere in the industry, Roush Honda is still the place we will take to service our cars and continue to buy new. Loved the no-pressure feel. We actually came in not expecting to buy and felt comfortable leaving after a test drive which is rare. Luckily we found a good fit and deal! More

The purchase experience was excellent - efficient, pleasant and enjoyable. The salesperson, Spyros found me the vehicle that I wanted in the trim level and color that I wanted. They let me drive the vehicle by myself (no ride along) which really enhanced the experience for me. The manager found me a 2019 for the same price as a 2018! There was a mishap with the vehicle at the dealer that I wished to purchase the day before I was to pick up the vehicle. They found me another truck in the EXACT same color and trim level that day and delivered it as promised. Great customer service. More
