Spyrose Tabone made the buying experience awesome. We were looking for a CRV Touring but it was slightly over our budget. I happened to meet Spyrose at Rosh who made an initial offer which was higher than what I had expected. So I asked him if he could reduce it further. He's honest and he admitted to having reached his threshold with price. However he said he would speak with his management to check if they could meet our price requirement and offered to set up an appointment for us. He then introduced us to Mr.Newton from his management with whom he had already spoken about us. It did not take us long to describe what we were looking for in terms of price for the vehicle since Spyrose had already done an excellent job. John understood our requirement and offered the vehicle we were looking for, for the out-of-door price we were looking for. The whole transaction was very smooth and we drove our vehicle out of the door in no time. Also, Spyrose gave an elaborate tour of the vehicle, explaining the minute details of our new CRV, while being sensitive to the window of time we had for the vehicle tour. All in all, its a great experience! Rosh Honda and Spyrose Tabone have taken our expectation from the dealership to an all new level and they have lived up to it so far. More

Minus a minor hiccup in the paperwork (which ended up getting resolved very quickly), this was the most seamless experience I've ever had when leasing/purchasing a car. Actually a surprisingly enjoyable process! Mr. Erwin was incredibly kind and actually reviewed our history with Roush and salespeople, and personally introduced us to Mr. Cohen. So glad I picked Roush to buy my new car! I haven't bought a new car for over 30 years and was expecting to battle over price and financing. I went in worried I couldn't get the deal done and drive my car away before I went to work. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive great service from a courteous and knowledgeable staff. Spyro Tabone gave me a fair and solidly good price on my HRV EX. We went for a test drive and he demonstrated some of the HRV features then turned the wheel over to me to drive. He also took me through the vehicle from back to front explaining everything I asked and more. Rich Broderick did a fabulous job helping me secure financing. Since I had to get to work that day, he worked especially hard to get the paperwork done so I could get on my way and not be late. The service department was also helpful and efficient. My new care looked beautiful when it was presented to me. I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience at Roush Honda! More
