I left the operations side to aggressively pursue what I love. PEOPLE! The personal connection, bond and camaraderie is second to none.I dove head first into Corporate/major account Sales, Sales Management, and eventually landed in Customer Retention management. In this capacity I had the privilege to manage large groups of employees of 100+ utilizing my skill of critical thinking, problem solving and quasi self proclaimed therapist.I had another eureka moment and thought how crazy would it be if I married the things I really enjoy. PEOPLE, SALES & AUTOMOBILES. It was then I was determined to learn all that I could about the business. So throughout the years I have held various positions at the dealership level. Warranty Manager, Service advisor, Service Manager, Body Shop, and lastly Sales. However my most challenging yet rewarding job is being a father of two. I am an UBER dad and cheerleader to my completive cheerleader daughter and ATM/Life Coach to my son when he listens

The staff was courteous and expeditious, even though it was a busy day for them. I was kept up-to-date and never felt rushed. I purchased a used car. With my initial visit, I looked at the car and test drove it. I was greeted promptly and the process was fine. Two weeks later I called to negotiate a final purchase price. Best Car buying Experience ever I recently purchased a beautiful, clean, low mileage pre owned/certified 2017 XC90. I had dealt with Smyth Volvo in the past, but this time a new sal I recently purchased a beautiful, clean, low mileage pre owned/certified 2017 XC90. I had dealt with Smyth Volvo in the past, but this time a new salesmen named Stacey Hopson helped us. Stacey was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and this was, by far, the best experience. The Finance manager was very professional as well and gave us a great deal on some after market items and financing rate. Lastly, there were just a few tiny blemishes on the car that they agreed to take care of and they did so within a week to my total satisfaction! More

Amazing Experience for an Outstanding Dealership Everyone that I encountered in this dealership was wonderful and allowed me to have a smooth process. The professionalism was superb. There was no ha Everyone that I encountered in this dealership was wonderful and allowed me to have a smooth process. The professionalism was superb. There was no hassle or hidden fees. Upon entering Eric made me feel right at home, he was great! The experience was quick, and I felt very comfortable. Stacey was my sales consultant and helped me pick out the car I wanted. He did not pressure or rush me which was a great feeling!! I have dealt with that in the past and did not want to go through that again. All forms of communication were precise and there were no games played. The final price of my purchase was just what was stated and agreed upon. Stacey went above and beyond and I cannot thank him again for his wonderful service. When it came to dealing with the finance department Kevin Bergeron and Shaun Hayes were delightful and patient even when the dealership was closing. Walked me though the best packages and was attentive to the specific things I wanted when it came time to make sure my truck is covered. This dealership is a family that all works together to make sure the customer leaves out happy! Thank you again Stacey, Shaun, Eric, Kevin, and Gabe!!! You would regret not purchasing a car from a great establishment as this! More
