Best Car buying Experience ever I recently purchased a beautiful, clean, low mileage pre owned/certified 2017 XC90. I had dealt with Smyth Volvo in the past, but this time a new sal I recently purchased a beautiful, clean, low mileage pre owned/certified 2017 XC90. I had dealt with Smyth Volvo in the past, but this time a new salesmen named Stacey Hopson helped us. Stacey was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and this was, by far, the best experience. The Finance manager was very professional as well and gave us a great deal on some after market items and financing rate. Lastly, there were just a few tiny blemishes on the car that they agreed to take care of and they did so within a week to my total satisfaction! More

Amazing Experience for an Outstanding Dealership Everyone that I encountered in this dealership was wonderful and allowed me to have a smooth process. The professionalism was superb. Upon entering Eric made me feel right at home, he was great! The experience was quick, and I felt very comfortable. Stacey was my sales consultant and helped me pick out the car I wanted. He did not pressure or rush me which was a great feeling!! I have dealt with that in the past and did not want to go through that again. All forms of communication were precise and there were no games played. The final price of my purchase was just what was stated and agreed upon. Stacey went above and beyond and I cannot thank him again for his wonderful service. When it came to dealing with the finance department Kevin Bergeron and Shaun Hayes were delightful and patient even when the dealership was closing. Walked me though the best packages and was attentive to the specific things I wanted when it came time to make sure my truck is covered. Stacy, was extremely knowledgeable very professional, positive and honest in handling one of the 2nd largest financial transactions. Stacy went above and beyond the Call of Duty I said to him that my daughter was very satisfied. After searching high and low in the rat race unfortunately horse and pony show dealerships that are out there. They are not honest nor are they loyal! My daughter was a return customer too her original dealership where they showed no respect loyalty or professionalism! After working in Corporate America over two decades and sales ,I was very uncomfortable with the experience that was totally horrific!! My daughter was so disappointed and insulted as I was affected ,I put on my corporate hat/ then Mom Hard Hat! I honestly walked in on Monday evening 20 minutes before closing to Smythe Volvo in Summit New Jersey! I knew immediately this was the place to be. Stacy was not available at the time but, Eric took pristine care of me until Stacy arrived the following day Tuesday the deal was sealed Tuesday we walked out yesterday with her wonderful Sahara Cherokee Wrangler! Sean Hayes finance manager handled it so wonderful even after I requested some other concerns Gabe the manager was phenomenal and rectified the scenario that I was concerned about with NO back and forth. Nor any half a day waiting around with frustration. It was peaceful smooth Easy Peasy 123zie I was Happy my Daughter was Elated and comfortable! Just a complete total phenomenal and wonderful experience !! With all the hustle and bustle that we all do each and every day Everyone deserves this FIVE STAR QUALITY TREATMENT. I can't begin to stress please it doesn't have to be a Volvo but if it is that's great stay on their website go into Smythe Volvo and experience the wonderful kind warm and professional atmosphere that made the difference!
