We immediately had a test drive of our wonderful XC 60 with Stacey and he helped us with color and model straight away. When we picked up the car Emilia did a super job, the best we ever experienced, in explaining all the great features of the car. Kevin also helped us in making sure our leasing contract was properly managed. PJ was also great in providing information when we needed. Overall, a fantastic team and a great dealer focused on customers!! More

Stacy, was extremely knowledgeable very professional, positive and honest in handling one of the 2nd largest financial transactions. Stacy went above and beyond the Call of Duty I said to him that my daughter was very satisfied. After searching high and low in the rat race unfortunately horse and pony show dealerships that are out there. They are not honest nor are they loyal! My daughter was a return customer too her original dealership where they showed no respect loyalty or professionalism! After working in Corporate America over two decades and sales ,I was very uncomfortable with the experience that was totally horrific!! My daughter was so disappointed and insulted as I was affected ,I put on my corporate hat/ then Mom Hard Hat! I honestly walked in on Monday evening 20 minutes before closing to Smythe Volvo in Summit New Jersey! I knew immediately this was the place to be. Stacy was not available at the time but, Eric took pristine care of me until Stacy arrived the following day Tuesday the deal was sealed Tuesday we walked out yesterday with her wonderful Sahara Cherokee Wrangler! Sean Hayes finance manager handled it so wonderful even after I requested some other concerns Gabe the manager was phenomenal and rectified the scenario that I was concerned about with NO back and forth. Nor any half a day waiting around with frustration. It was peaceful smooth Easy Peasy 123zie I was Happy my Daughter was Elated and comfortable! Just a complete total phenomenal and wonderful experience !! With all the hustle and bustle that we all do each and every day Everyone deserves this FIVE STAR QUALITY TREATMENT. I can't begin to stress please it doesn't have to be a Volvo but if it is that's great stay on their website go into Smythe Volvo and experience the wonderful kind warm and professional atmosphere that made the difference! I can't stop talkin about it nor referring everyone to Smythe Volvo! Stacy Hopson Kevin ,Shawn Hayes Eric K. and Gabe L. you guys are awesome. Thanks Deb for the tea :-) More

Emilia completed my buying experience with a thorough overview of all that my vehicle has to offer, in particular its technological features. Since my purchase both Stacey and Emilia have been responsive to all of my follow up questions. Exactly how car buying should be. More

Overall it was a very good experience. Every employee at Smyth's appears to be very customer focused, they would interrupt what they were doing to ask if someone was helping me. Sale: Every employee at Smyth's appears to be very customer focused, they would interrupt what they were doing to ask if someone was helping me. Sale: Stacey was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on the model that I wanted. Finance: Kevin was thorough although there seemed to be a large number of papers that required signatures or initials. On reviewing my copies at home I realized that I did not read them carefully enough and I'll have to call back with some questions. Delivery: . With all of the advanced technology in your vehicles Assigning a Delivery Specialist is an outstanding idea. Emilia was great. She is charming, well informed and very patient. She spent 45 minutes on minutes with me at the delivery and left me her number to call her with any questions. My daughter who owns an XC 90 was with me that day and she learned that there was several functions on her car that she had not been aware of. More
