I left the operations side to aggressively pursue what I love. PEOPLE! The personal connection, bond and camaraderie is second to none.I dove head first into Corporate/major account Sales, Sales Management, and eventually landed in Customer Retention management. In this capacity I had the privilege to manage large groups of employees of 100+ utilizing my skill of critical thinking, problem solving and quasi self proclaimed therapist.I had another eureka moment and thought how crazy would it be if I married the things I really enjoy. PEOPLE, SALES & AUTOMOBILES. It was then I was determined to learn all that I could about the business. So throughout the years I have held various positions at the dealership level. Warranty Manager, Service advisor, Service Manager, Body Shop, and lastly Sales. However my most challenging yet rewarding job is being a father of two. I am an UBER dad and cheerleader to my completive cheerleader daughter and ATM/Life Coach to my son when he listens

Overall it was a very good experience. Every employee at Smyth's appears to be very customer focused, they would interrupt what they were doing to ask if someone was helping me. Sale: Every employee at Smyth's appears to be very customer focused, they would interrupt what they were doing to ask if someone was helping me. Sale: Stacey was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on the model that I wanted. Finance: Kevin was thorough although there seemed to be a large number of papers that required signatures or initials. On reviewing my copies at home I realized that I did not read them carefully enough and I'll have to call back with some questions. Delivery: . With all of the advanced technology in your vehicles Assigning a Delivery Specialist is an outstanding idea. Emilia was great. She is charming, well informed and very patient. She spent 45 minutes on minutes with me at the delivery and left me her number to call her with any questions. My daughter who owns an XC 90 was with me that day and she learned that there was several functions on her car that she had not been aware of. More
