Mike my service manager was great. Very polite and informative. My mechanic Paul was fantastic. I brought my vehicle in on 12/30/23 for a quick oil change. When I pulled out of the service area, my traction light came on. The next day my engine light came on. I returned to the Service Center on 1 change. When I pulled out of the service area, my traction light came on. The next day my engine light came on. I returned to the Service Center on 1/2/24 to report that these light were on, but was not on prior to the oil change. I was told I would have to pay about 170.00 to find out why the lights were on and pay additional funds to resolve the problem. I truly believe something went wrong during the oil change, that I have to pay for. Take my advice, pay the extra money to get an oil change, at a place that will take responsibility for something they did.!! Mrs. Glenn More

Did not expect to sit there for three hours. When I first scheduled, I was told it would take roughly an hour when I got my vehicle. I felt that my dealer experience was less than stellar. My wife received a phone call stating that our vehicle was ready to be picked up. She was told that the item (USB port) that we took it in for serv My wife received a phone call stating that our vehicle was ready to be picked up. She was told that the item (USB port) that we took it in for service was working properly, which it was not when I dropped it off. Because it was working, therefore, according to them, I was charged a diagnostic fee, even though I had a warranty which I was under the impression would cover such. We were also told that the tires on the front were bald when in reality they had not hit the wear indicators in the tire tread and that the reason for the tapping in the engine, when it is cold, was due to the fact that the oil was a quart low, when it was not (the dipstick has never indicated full, even when it has the proper amount of oil in it). So, I as I stated earlier, a less than stellar experience. More
