My original communication with Michael Campanelli from Lilliston, Millville resulted in my purchase of a Dodge Durango this past Monday. (My review addresses that fantastic experience). I could tell by the look on my wife’s face when we got home Monday night that her mind was in overdrive. Starting Tuesday morning, She started dropping subtle hints about vehicle models and prices. She saw a 2019 Ford Edge ST on the Lilliston inventory list with low mileage. I called Michael and gave him the vehicle information. Michael call back and let us know that that car was at another Lilliston dealer. The dealer was further away. Within a few hours I received texts from Michael with 2 dozens specific pictures of the Ford Edge that could give us a solid view of the car to decide whether Us to come in to see it. The following morning he called me had the car at Millville by 8:30 and would be ready for us to come in for the test drive. We did, we loved it, we bought it. Never stopping short of exceptional service we traded in my wife’s car. Michael juggled getting our financing done with the help of General Manager John, while getting us a quick approval with a great rate again. And had the finance package into the finance department while he worked to get our car appraised. Lauren (finance Manager) prepared our closing documents in short order. The entire staff involved worked so hard and quick due to my time restrictions that day my wife bought them pizza as they worked up a hunger. I have never felt the need to write such long reviews for any purchase. But it has been such a pleasure working with Michael and his management staff It just has to be done. Thanks again Michael, Jay, John and Lauren. You are exceptional and worth the drive. More
