I had first chatted with an associate on the website the night before I went in, and they set up the meeting with the dealership. I got an email early the next morning confirming same and to ask for Ernest Winters. When we got to the dealership, the Cherokee was out front, and Ernest was available, friendly and down to earth. Superior service and was able to negotiate a little for a better deal! Loved dealing with Ernest! Great guy, super nice, funny and all around genuine person . So was the finance gal.
