This dealership checks all the boxes for a consumer friendly business. Service appointments are easy to schedule whether online or by phone. Reminders are sent for upcoming appointments. The menu of automobile services are clearly listed with the appropriate costs and controlled by the consumer. The dealership is immaculate and a waiting area is comfortable. Snacks are available. But the most valuable asset is the staff. I have always been welcomed with courtesy and patience. This was especially important when an emergency repair was needed. I have purchased my Subaru vehicles from this dealership for several decades. Budd Baer has also listened and never tried to sell me the “extras”, when they weren’t warranted. I will remain a loyal customer because this dealership has kept true to its values for more than one generation. More

Tori was extremely helpful and very friendly. She did her job with total professionalism. The Subaru team was overall very nice and helpful. I am just not happy with Subaru right now and just sent them an email. My Eye Sight quit functioning in November 2024. A left rear wheel speed sensor had to be installed and I am guessing the Eye Sight had to be reset in order for it to work. It was in for that and for the completion of inspection and emissions. My car is a 2021 Subaru Legacy with 40000 miles on it. I was not prepared to pay for those repairs. But I am not blaming the technicians. I am blaming Subaru. Tori did a great job. As did the other employees. I am very pleased. More
