Stopped in during my research period with a question if I needed to unfreeze my credit report. Ivan got me the answer and I asked him what his days and hours were for when I returned. He stated he was alwa needed to unfreeze my credit report. Ivan got me the answer and I asked him what his days and hours were for when I returned. He stated he was always there so just come in. I called before coming in and was told he was on his way in and would be there when I got there. I arrived and was met by someone whose name was not given, she told me Ivan was staying home today with his nephews and she would help me. That was the extent of my dealings with Ivan. Stacie was pleasant and efficient and got through all the paper work quickly with no issues. More
