Pleased but could be better I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The employees were pleasant and smiling as usual. The service was done quickly and in a timely manner. I chose to wait on my car and was out within an hour! The only problem I had was when I was returned my car. My seats were dirtied with black hand prints on my "almond" leather seats. This is not a huge deal as it wipes off but I do believe the owner should get his or her car back as clean (or cleaner) as when dropped off. More

I was told my 15,000 mile service would take 45 minutes. I decided I'd bring it in after work and wait. I enjoyed a coke and some popcorn while reading. I LOVE the beverage/popcorn bar.) The windshield wiper fluid was not filled up,it was completely empty. I noticed this the following day after service was done. I tried to use wiper fluid to clean windshield and no fluid came out so this got me to thinking what else on the checklist that was marked off and not done properly.. In my option manager should always double check the service guys work. More
