excellent experience After being a Toyota customer for over 10 years, I went to Nissan in Garden City to get a vehicle. i just wanted a change...after a credit xx, signin After being a Toyota customer for over 10 years, I went to Nissan in Garden City to get a vehicle. i just wanted a change...after a credit xx, signing all the appropriate documents, transferring my insurance and paying for everything, they said they made a mistake and voided everything. I was crushed and even up to this day will never recommend Nissan to anyone and will always tell my very terrible experience with them. I decided on Friday to go back to Toyota and realized what an amazing company they are. They also made a mistake with some of my paperwork but immediately took ownership of it and did not even think about not making the deal. I was there for maybe two hours and left with a huge smile on my face driving my NEW car. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, STACY!!!! More

Blown away! Never in a million years would I have thought that I would walk away with a car at the age of 23. I came to Toyota to get a car but I was in the mind Never in a million years would I have thought that I would walk away with a car at the age of 23. I came to Toyota to get a car but I was in the mind frame of a different car which got sold on me. The first day I went into Toyota, I was skeptical because I never wanted a Toyota but I had an open mind. Stacy Carter ended up being my sales rep and I’m happy she was. We first met and she was very friendly and welcoming and had a great sense of humor. She gave me a run down of all the details of the car and every question me, my mom, brother, and dad had she was able to answer. Then we met Mostafa and he made it clear that he was going to do all he can to get the bank to sign off on me and my co-signer for the price we wanted with no money down (even though our credit wasn’t all that great). Mostafa work day in and day out to get me a great deal but due to my co-signers income the bank was having a hard time with the deal. So I ended up finding another co-signer and it became easier for the bank government sign off. But it came at a price that I couldn’t pay what I wanted (can’t get everything in life but it was okay). Due to that set back Mostafa found a deal where I can get gap insurance and all the car services that I would need just for little under $25. So everything worked out. Then it came time to deal with the insurance for the car and boy did that look like a mountain. For a first time car owner and not being on insurance it was hard for Grisela to find a good deal for me to pay. I was leaving to go to school because everything had to reregistared in queens because my information reflected it. The deals that were coming up from the insurance was $400 and up, and there was no way I would be able to pay that and a car payment. And after a while it just seem like it was impossible for me to get a decent rate until I left to live upstate. But someway somehow Grisela was able to find a way for me to be with Allstate on my fathers insurance while answering all his questions and I only ended up paying $187 a month for FULL COVERAGE. That was a great deal for someone living in NYC with a brand new car and a brand new diver ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What more could I ask for? We sat in her office for hours but she was able tic find something that I could afford. Stacy, Mostafa, and the Grisela worked tiredlessly to get me the best payment on the car, the best car insurance payment, and also the second package for the car. It took THREE LONG DAYS for me to get this car (as it is my first car) and I couldn’t be happier. This was a 2017 Toyota Corolla and this car had less than 7,000 miles on it; basically a brand new car. Although this process was long and everyday spent there seemed like a hurdle Stacy, Mostafa, and the Allstate sales rep Grisela made it possible for me to walk out with my car. I feel like now we are closer than friends but family not because of what they did for me but because they made sure I was okay and explained everything to me, and also we had great laughs and told stories and exchanged photos. Hey we’re so personable and down to earth and I thank God for them and pray that he keeps on blessing them. Overall I had a wonderful experience. You need people like this in your life who actually car and want to save you money in the money hungry world. When I decide to change my car again Toyota is the place where I’m coming too.
