Buying a new SUV We love our new NX300H. We had a 2002 RX300 and loved the size with this new NX it is the same size of the 2002 but with all of the new bells and whis We love our new NX300H. Best Ever I met Stacy about 5 months ago when I was at the dealership, he introduced himself, asked if he could help me and I indicated that at a future date I I met Stacy about 5 months ago when I was at the dealership, he introduced himself, asked if he could help me and I indicated that at a future date I would be looking for a used LS430 or other Lexus when my 430 LS was sold. Stacy maintained contact over the months, checking in with emails to see if the car had sold. When it did sell in late October he called as a follow up to my online inquiry and indicated he had a vehicle he thought I might be interested in. We drove down to the dealership went for a test drive and I loved the ES350 that he was showing to us. With a minimum of discussion a price was arrived at and we were the proud owners of our new ES350 Ultra!. The dealership had final details to do so we picked up the next day. We had one minor service issue that we hadn't noticed on the test drive and Stacy arranged to have it repaired at the dealerships cost and they provided us with a 2016 loaner...Stacy was so professional and caring when dealing with us and I am sure he will follow-up with us over the years to check when we are ready to re-purchase again. Thanks again for the great service. We will have the car continue to be service by Lexus of Wayzata as we are very happy with the service that has been provided. I don't believe you could find a friendlier and more caring dealership in the Metro area. Thanks again. More
