Friendly and Professional Service of Stacey Stacey has been my first encounter with Audi dealership in the IE. I moved to the IE about 2 years ago, and looked for a friendly dealership. Since that service day I chose to remain with Walter's Audi in all work associated with my Audi. She always shows friendly attitude, respect and professionalism. She is aware of the financial impact of the services and always tries to help by noting the must versus the nice to have, type of services I need to do. She takes the time to follow up with me on any issue encountered during the time my car is there. I left my car today at 8:00 Am and she called me at 6:05 PM to follow up with the service to my car. After long hours she was still there and finalizing her follow ups with customers. Please keep her happy there as your dealership is definitely benefiting from her impact on the customer experience. I could not have had a better experience I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the problem.....he fixed one of the problems at my house and then arranged Audi roadside to have the car flat bedded to the shop.....once at the shop I was kept continually informed by Stacy Samuel,service advisor,about the work being done on my vehicle...Walters is fortunate to have both Brian and Stacy on the team.....it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back to Walters for future assistance More

She is the best person that would take care of your car service needs. Stacy had assisted me on the service of my A3 TDI and my wife's Q5 repeatedly. I am always pampered when I bring my car for service. Once Stacy knows what needs to be done, all I have to do is to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and wait for the loaner car for me to be able to continue with my business for the day. I would received several phone calls for updates and status of the vehicle in service. Once, the car is ready, another phone call to let me know that it is ready to be pick up, washed. She treats every car brought in for service as if it was her own. I am very fortunate to have Stacy Samuel working to the best interest of her clients interest.
