We received another car yesterday from D&M Leasing. This time was pretty exciting. I received a call from Stacy Snead, telling me she could put me in a 2020 Trailboss rather than the 2019 Trailboss I have time was pretty exciting. I received a call from Stacy Snead, telling me she could put me in a 2020 Trailboss rather than the 2019 Trailboss I have been in for just over a year and she could save me money!!!. With in about 30 minutes she had the options I wanted and locked down a truck for me. Once again we have to give a huge thank you to Stacy Snead. Stacy follows up with me often to check on us and the mileage of our vehicles, to see if she can move us into another lease. We know she has our best interest, because she has lowered our payment while "NOT" sacrificing any of our options. She's always punctual with her response and gets us everything we want in a vehicle and customer service. 3 days later I'm driving a new Chevy truck and We couldn't be happier. Stacy Snead is the best in the business. My wife hasn't ever picked all the options on one of her vehicles before. This time we wanted to make sure that she did. She was really particular about some things she was wanting and I was't able to find the vehicle anywhere in the US. With the list of specific requirements Stacy was able to let us know that the car with the options my wife wanted was about 1 1/2 months out from delivery. I questioned if it was worth the wait? But Stacy gave us status up dates consistently and scheduled our drop off time. Stacy had my wife's car delivered to our door, on time and my wife couldn't have been more excited to have the car that she chose. Our buying experience with Stacy was seamless and perfect. Stacy made both of us feel so at ease, trusting that she would take care of our every need. She has the natural ability to make you feel your the only one she's working with. She checked in multiple times over the first few weeks after we received our 2020 Highlander, making sure we were happy with the car and seeing if there was anything we needed.
