From my initial contact with Stacy throughout the entire purchasing process (which was not prolonged at all) every point of contact was enjoyable and productive. Having recently experienced a house fire which claimed my auto, I was in need of replacing the car at the same time living out of a hotel and managing several contractors as my house was being restored. Needless to say, I was hoping for a quick and effective way to buy my next car without jumping through a lot of hoops. That’s exactly what I got in my dealings with Stacy and D&M. Within a couple of days of my first outreach, I had a car that Identified delivered to my house for a couple of days of test driving. The home delivery was a major plus in the buying experience – give what else was going on at the time. After being satisfied that thi was the car for me, I let Stacy know - and within a day or two – she met me at my home with all the paperwork in order. A couple of signatures later and I was off driving my new vehicle! I don’t think car buying can get much easier than this – and isn’t that what we’re all looking for. Stacy was referred to me from a friend who I trust – and I will be doing the same the next time someone asks me if I know of anyone who can assist with their next automobile purchase. P.S. I normally hold onto my cars for 10 years plus...but given my most recent buying experience with Stacy, I may turning over cars every 2-3 years. Thanks Stacy! More

STACY SAVES THE DAY! It was late Friday afternoon and my wife's car stopped working out of the blue. We got Stacy's name from a friend and I called and left her a message. It was late Friday afternoon and my wife's car stopped working out of the blue. We got Stacy's name from a friend and I called and left her a message. I did not expect to hear anything until Monday, since the week was already over, but she called me back within just a few minutes. It turned out that she was still on vacation, but when I told her what was going on, she got to work on it right away. We talked and texted all weekend (all the while she was still on the road with her family) and even though we were on a budget she had us set up and ready to go by Monday afternoon. She got us a much nicer car for less money than we ever could have done on our own. She kept on it until she had it down to exactly what we wanted to pay. She made the stress of having to unexpectedly shop for a new car disappear. This was the first lease we have ever done, but now I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. We have already recommended her to our friends and family and I will definitely use her for my next car. More
